The AUROC is a measure of the ability of the test to discriminate between patients with and without disease. Note that the highest polygonal AUROC (best discriminant accuracy) is achieved in the stratified model (C) and that it is statistically significantly superior to a cutoff 0.4 OD (A), since the 95% CIs do not overlap.
