30—approximate number of additional students in class of 2017 vs. class of 2016. 70-- Students registered to take my FREE College Application Classes in August (37% of the Senior class) 64% of the Senior class has applied to college (and counting) 625 transcripts (and support documents) have been submitted (and counting) 111 students enrolled in the Free Practice ACT event 40 students enrolled in the Free Practice SAT event

16.2% increase in overall schedule changes, reflective of increasing educational opportunities being utilized by students through College Credit Plus, Educational Options & Career Center.

13 What do the Career Centers provide to students?
Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Centers (EFCTS) & Satellite Programs What do the Career Centers provide to students? Classroom opportunities and employment credentials across 30+ programs across a wide range of career pathways Connection and understanding of the skills, knowledge, interests and abilities that are necessary in the college and career planning process Providing a foundation and ‘springboard’ towards future opportunities at 2- year and 4-year institutions of higher education (IHE), including educational opportunities through the College Credit Plus Program (up to 30 hours per year) Career readiness for students to enter the work force full-time with industry credentials and world-of-work experiences

Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Centers (EFCTS) & Satellite Programs Promoting the EFCTS Programming Classroom presentations to 10th grade students in October Field trips on November 10th & 23rd to both centers (Eastland, Fairfield and any satellite program locations) Ongoing communication to sophomore students and parents about upcoming events, opportunities and information sessions Spring 2017: communication and discussions with freshmen who may have an interest in the career center
