TRADITION – NKJV is the oldest club in the entire Greater Cincinnati area. NKJV is one of the oldest clubs in the country.
EXPERIENCE – Elite coaches have an average of 23 years. Many Select coaches also have over 10 years experience. Average coaching tenure of a staff of over 30 coaches is 9.5 years (college level, high school, middle school and club)

8. NKJV MISSION STATEMENT
The Northern Kentucky Junior Volleyball Program prepares area student athletes for collegiate level play through the Junior Olympic Program. We provide a consistent and outstanding program for development of young female athletes. The program emphasizes a balance of fundamentals, teamwork and enjoyment of the game. Our program also provides an opportunity for athletes to pursue a sports career by being observed and recruited to play at the college level. NKJV also encourages players to participate in the USA Volleyball High Performance Training Program.
