Current programs: Residential Energy Efficiency Incentives Program Natural Gas Furnace ($150) Electric or Geothermal Heat Pump ($200) Electric Water Heater ($1/gallon) Gas Water Heater ($1/gallon) Programmable Thermostat ($20) Home Energy Audit ($ 150) Net Metering Program Must be below 25 kW Use a renewable source Allow customers to interconnect with our grid and sell excess generation Community Energy Efficiency Presentations Provide education about the Natural Gas industry/ current trends Training session on low cost/no cost steps to improve efficiency of home (weatherization) Provide information on available resources such as levelized billing and LIEAP Give away home weatherization kit Home Energy Suite Interactive software provided by Apogee Interactive Inc. Provides in-depth information on energy consumption for every room of your house Allows estimations/analysis for your specific house (enter in information) Allows for updates to electric and gas Can be as general or as comprehensive as you want Provides an educational resource

Allows customers to support renewable energy projects Pay $3.50 per billing cycle for a 100 kWh block Partnership with Bonneville Environmental Foundation Available for residential and commercial customers Weatherization Team Program Brings together volunteers from Cheyenne Light and the community to weatherize homes Creates awareness in the community of the benefits of energy efficiency Online Resources Provides a central location to find essential energy saving information for all seasons Provides links to other helpful energy related sites Energy Technology Workshop/Training Seminars Promotes energy efficient produces and technology for commercial and industrial customers Natural gas and electric Happy Jack Wind Farm Partnership between Cheyenne Light, Black Hills Corp, Duke Energy, and the City of Cheyenne 20 year purchase power agreement 30 MW wind farm, MW serving Cheyenne (enough to serve 8,500 homes) Future Programs: Continuation of all current Energy Efficiency Programs Improved Residential Energy Efficiency Incentives Program Addition of boilers, tank less gas water heaters … DSM Study Conducted by Applied Energy Group Inc. Completing an extensive DSM study to identify gas and electric programs for Cheyenne
