17 We Are Christian Soldiers
2 Timothy 2:1-3 --You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

18 We Are Soldiers With Foes
1 Peter 5:8 --Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

19 Light vs. Night; Hill vs. Vale
Our fight is for all things good, right, righteous, moral, upright, godly. We are children of the day – people of the light. We are hilltop dwellers. Satan exercises his deception in the darkness, the night, the dark valley and back alley.

23 The Power of Our Shout and Tread
Does the enemy hear our rousing shout? Does the earth tremble beneath our marching feet? Are we a disciplined army?

24 Our Victory To him that overcomes the foe…
