4 FEES FOR INTERVENTION (FFI)
Fee for Intervention (FFI) is HSE’s cost recovery regime Imposed when the HSE believe there is a material breach of health and safety law. The fee payable by dutyholders found to be in material breach of the law is £129 per hour

5 SENTENCING GUIDELINES

10 SUMMARY Business Managers are rarely trained to manage health and safety, but they are expected by their employer, to manage this difficult subject. Speak to your nominated health and safety advisor and ensure that you get sufficient support to manage health and safety by design and not by luck.
