1 Park General Guidelines
The emergency number for the park is (01473) NOT 999. All Adastral Park employees are responsible for their guests and they MUST be escorted at all times. Please ensure you and your guests are wearing event wristbands, including children and babies. Entry via usual main gate and ticket only. Event will run from 16:00-22:00, last entry by 20:00. Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings. If you do smoke you must be at least three metres from any door or open window. Please make sure you dispose of cigarette ends in the bins. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of correctly. BT supports recycling so where the bins exist please help with this. Adastral Park is a 24 hour operational site, so please be mindful that people will be working. Bags may be subject to search at any time. Do not leave bags or items unattended. Photography – we have been granted permission for this event only on the understanding that photographs are restricted to the event and do not have our buildings in the background. There’ll be stewards available during the evening to assist you and please adhere to any instructions. No dogs to be brought onto the park, only exception being guide dogs, and absolutely no dogs to be left in parked cars. Please observe the event signage. Please do not take families into any of the buildings on the park – only exceptions are B80 Hub and B83 Columba for access to toilets. Baby changing facilities also available in B83 Columba. Food and Beverage Due to licensing rules, no alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the park. However, alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase. Please consider carefully your travel arrangements! Food will be available via the many food outlets, however you’re welcome to bring a picnic and chairs, but NO glass please. No wind breakers or parasols permitted. Driving and parking at the Park For everyone’s safety, please observe the park speed limit, park in the designated areas and be mindful of pedestrians. Event car parking will be in Car Park X and G, you’ll be directed to available spaces. All remaining car parks around the event area will be closed and no vehicle movement will be permitted. Disabled parking will be available in front of B83 Columba House. You’ll need to display your blue badge for access to this area. Please ensure all your party fully understand these guidelines.
