3PL and Supply Chain services business made its humble beginning in 1982 with the distributorship of a Pharmaceutical company.
Today, we are one of the leading 3PL providers known as Distributors, Consignment Sales Agents and C&F Agents depending upon the services agreements with clients.
Having presence in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Petrochemicals, Agro Chemicals & Agriculture, Paints & Chemicals, Consumables, Automobile Accessories & Spares, Electrical Equipments, Security Systems, Textile Industries, Building Materials and Retails.
Total value of throughput handled is Rs.2500 crores (Rs.25 billion) per annum, representing over 35 corporates.
Our gross income from distribution business is in excess of Rs.500 crores (Rs.5 billion).
Total warehouse area under management is in excess of 64,000 sq. mtrs.
Presently we have warehousing activities in 38 cities with over 140+ warehousing locations, spread all over India.
Our biggest asset is our dedicated, committed and faithful team numbering over team members.

With reference to Information Technology, we are continuously upgrading our processes and have operating knowledge of various ERP platforms such as SAP, OLOPS, BPCS, JD Edward, BizOS etc. and for operating the said systems we have more than 200 team members.
We are also associated with Shinrai Toyota who are dealers in 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) for Toyota Cars in South Mumbai, turnover of which is 2000 cars aggregating to Rs.250 crores (Rs.2.5 billion).
Our other activities include Corporate Membership of the Capital Market and Derivative Segments of the National Stock Exchange of India ( NSE ).
We are also in Imports and Exports, mainly in Plastics, Chemicals and Construction Materials catering primarily to Middle East and Indian markets.
We have entered in to a Joint Venture with a Dubai based Company for developing state-of-the-art warehousing facilities offering total logistics solutions in warehousing and distribution in Dubai Logistics City popularly known as DLC .
We are also into Air Cargo business under the name Carex Cargo Forwarders Pvt. Ltd, as part of Parekh Group and the gross turnover for the year is in excess of Rs.400 million.

USL has been in the shipping industry since the last 53 years and has grown to become the largest fleet owner of barges in India. The wide area of the operations with its 100% company owned fleet of dedicated barges and mechanical handling equipment ensures a complete logistics solution that encompasses road cum barge cum OGV movement of cargo. Apart from the regular business of barging, stevedoring and handling cargo, USL is also involved with chartering of vessels for exports from the West Coast of India to China and the Middle East.
