1. 2017 Travel Policy – Summary
Organise your journey AT THE LATEST 30 days before departure
IF the total cost of your air ticket is equal to or less than the maximum amount stated in the FIM Travel Policy, send your documentary proof of payment so that the FIM can reimburse your air ticket
IF the total cost of your air ticket is more than the maximum amount stated in the FIM Travel Policy, please send the travel booking form to the FIM stating the price you found. The FIM will issue the ticket or authorise you to buy it yourself
IF the planned trip is shorter than 1’500km, you may use your private vehicle without first asking for autorisation from the FIM
IF the planned trip is longer than 1’500km, fill in the travel booking form and send it to the FIM to request the FIM’s autorisation to travel by private vehicle
Expenses Form
After the event – but at the latest within 72 hours – send your expenses form to the FIM for reimbursement
