Shareholder uses the Kiosk
Inserts Emirates ID and places his thumb on the finger pad
Emirates Identity Authority verifies the Card and the Card holder
ADX CSD verifies the Shareholder
Once verified and Registered - system marks him as Registered/Present
SMS/Mail is sent with Access URL and PIN for Attending Meeting and voting requirements
A Ballot is assigned to a Shareholder / Proxy in the Blockchain
The Shareholder is connected to an electronic Ballot Box
