We explored Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria
Our decision criteria were: political stability, labor cost development, skilled workforce, tax rates, easy way to travel (for logistics and customers).

Transportation time for trucks 31 hours (1,900 km from Bad Homburg)
Labor cost lower compared to Germany.
