When the decision is made to go live, the court will be assigned an Implementation Team made up of staff from AO offices (CMSO, SDSO, CSO, and JSO) and three mentors (chambers, operations, and IT) from the pilot courts The Implementation Team will coordinate with a designated Court NextGen Manager to support the court transitioning to NextGen Courts will have opportunities for in-person visits from members of the Implementation Team during the go-live process
