Deliver UKCC Level 1, 2 and 3 courses
Deliver Team Manager courses
Run NPTS Learn to Swim Programme
Increase aquatic participation by 1% per year
Help in forming LTAD with Swim21 club network in area
Fulfil Swim 21 criteria at all levels of club
