3 Remember: choose your role!
Your role will always be “Student” when logging in. Your field instructor, for example, will choose “Agency” at log in instead. Your username is your full Bryn Mawr address: for example, if I were logging in, my username would be: Your password is one you create. Please find your way to remember it! If you forget your password, it must be reset by the Field office, so you should either: send an to call , or so I can send you an link to choose a new password.

4 navigation This is the home navigation bar. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll arrive at the Home page (highlighted in green above). Click on any of the tabs to navigate to different sections. The most important sections you’ll use this year are Forms, School Documents, and Documents. Forms, where your PPQ was located, will have every fillable form and assignment you need to access this semester. Please check this section frequently! School Documents is your resources page – you’ll find calendars, guidelines, and other useful materials here. Documents is for anything you upload, as you uploaded your Resume.

6 What to do first My Details is the section that allows you to fill out your emergency contact information. THEN: If you need to change your address, phone number, or any other critical information, there is a change of contact form located on the Forms tab. Choose the “Change of Contact Information – Student” Form from the drop-down menu, and click Add. The form will appear at the top of your Form list, and you can click the red Edit button to the right to input your information. Remember to click submit when you’re finished!

7 First Assignment: Student Agency Contact Form 17-18
This form is your first Sonia assignment. It is due on September 11th. To complete, meet with your field instructor in your placement and fill out the information required by clicking the red edit button. Then, click submit. The due date alarm will count down the days until it is due.

8 *Pencil icons with a red asterisk are mandatory fields – if you are missing one of these fields, you won’t be able to submit your form. You can save a draft at any time.

9 More Forms! Forms you will use this year:
Process Recording – Group Columns, Columns (3 process recordings are due this semester) Learning Agreement 17-18 Bryn Mawr GSSWSR Field Evaluation 17-18 *Field Liaison Final Grade Form *The Field Liaison Final Grade Form is completed by your field liaison – you will only be able to view your final grade once the form has been submitted. You do not have any sections to complete on this form.

10 Forms! Process Recordings
Instructions for completing your Process Recordings are available in the School Documents section under the header Student Assignment in the PDF titled “Instructional Booklet Learning Agreement and Process Recordings”. Why do you have 6 assigned process recordings? You have 4 options for completing each of the three process recording assignments this semester – you can decide which format you’d like to complete your process recording in based on your own preference. For each due date, the forms “Group Columns” and “Columns” have already been added to your account. Choose one of these if you prefer the column format.

Alternatively, you have the option of completing a narrative process recording. These forms are available in the Forms drop-down menu (same location as the “Change of Contact Information – Student” form). To complete a narrative process recording (either for a group or an individual session), you must add the form in a particular way: Select either Process Recording – Group Narrative or Process Recording – Individual Narrative from the drop-down menu and click add. 2) When your form pops up at the bottom of your forms list, PLEASE MAKE SURE to choose your correct Placement Group from the drop-down menu on the front of the form. 3) Then choose your current field placement Agency from the second drop-down menu. NOT COMPLETING THESE TWO STEPS WILL MAKE YOUR FORM INACCESSIBLE TO YOUR FIELD INSTRUCTOR AND FIELD LIAISON, AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-ADD A NEW FORM IN ORDER TO ASSIGN IT CORRECTLY!
