Turkish organizations need to: Grow their business/market share and retain top performers by being more inclusive in their hiring and management of a successful workforce Increase good will and market share by demonstrating (to clients & investors) the organization’s commitment to inclusion Recognize DLD as a source of educated women with leadership potential

Greater awareness among Turkish organizations about the value of DLD programs in developing leadership and career skills in women students Internships for DLD students Employment positions with paths to leadership for DLD graduates Donations of funds for further development and expansion

7 DLD Inclusion Strategy
Role in the Big Idea DLD Consult with Inclusion Strategy to customize existing IS materials to optimize success in the Turkish workplace Inclusion Strategy Modify promotional materials to appeal to Turkish organizations Secure contract with a Turkish organization to provide IS services Modify and translate IS program materials into Turkish If Inclusion Strategy is successful in obtaining a paid contract with a Turkish organization, deliver pro bono leadership/ inclusion program to DLD
