Ask teachers to imagine a student they had in the past who:
Has a strong idea of what they want to be when they grow up’
and
Has a realistic idea of how to reach that goal
How does he/she compare with other students in terms of:
Preparation for class
Behavior
achievement

Have them create a career plan during a team meeting or with their guidance counselor
Make sure all team teachers know their plan (relationship building)
connect the skills from their studies to the plan (keeping it real & connecting to their lives)
