1. List all the dates or events in chronological order 2. Decide your book end dates that will encompass your events 3. Draw a line between your book end dates and then break that line into equal intervals 4. Place your events on the line in chronological order 5. Look over time line and make a title

Lexington and Concord Colonist started to store weapons and train for
battle because a war with the king might break
out...the minute men were born The English got news of this and
were going to take the weapons
from the colonist by
surprise...they got
caught...messengers were sent
out...THE BRITISH ARE COMING!

The British soldiers and the minutemen faced
off in the town square and someone fired a
shot! The British won the original fight but the colonist shot the soldiers
for over 20 miles on their march back to Boston!!!
