Viktor has intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excel has been the main spreadsheet for the last 14 years to track invoices, prepare budgets, run macros, hyperlink outside data for automatic updates, create pivot tables for month end expense tracking for accruals.
Word has been used for letters, correspondence, reports to management, e-books and manuals. Skill level includes styles, margins, footers/headers, title pages, inserted pictures/tables, automated table of contents with quick navigation.
PowerPoint has been used for presentations only.
Outlook has been the main for the last 5 years at his last employment. Viktor is able to create/organize folders, create rules for identifying senders, search s, add contacts, send and accept appointments, add signatures and notification rules, and delete and manage storage.
Has been using the internet since 1997 as well as writing HTML/CSS to create his own websites and maintains one wordpress site as well as occasional consulting for a client in BC.

5. Viktor Oey The Last 14 Years
For the last 14 years Viktor has worked at Mark’s Work Wearhouse starting as a Mailroom Associate in Three months later being promoted to Supplies and Services Group Leader with a staff of 3. During that time Viktor outlined the operational procedures for the mailroom. In Viktor was promoted to Management status. In 2006 Viktor was promoted to lead the Supplies and Services department under Finance when his predecessor transferred to another department. Viktor continued to lead his group until being laid off in January 2016 due to restructuring.
From 2006 to 2016, Viktor was responsible for preparing and submitting his annual budget ranging from $ 7-9 million across front and back- line GLs. Viktor was able to maintain under budget savings totalling over $ 5 million for every year he’s prepared the budget.
Viktor’s responsibilities also included key services and supplies for the Mark’s stores (over 300) that includes office supplies, janitorial supplies, critical merchandising supplies, first aid supplies, facility services such as coffee/water, waste removal and cardboard, landscaping as well as pest control, cleaning (windows, carpets, floors, graffiti). In addition to also providing the same for the corporate office plus janitorial.

Viktor completed high school in BC, graduating with honors on a academic program strong in the math (algebra and calculus) and sciences (chemistry and physics)
Viktor completed the Applied Information Management certificate at Mount Royal College (now MRU) which is the equivalent of a Records Management certificate today.
Viktor also completed the Technical Writing certificate at Mount Royal in 2005.
Viktor has also taken various courses including Supervisory Skills at SAIT, website courses online through Mount Royal University in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
