7. Non-Altea Carriers - BRS Integration
For non-Altéa carriers operating at an Amadeus BRS Airport, the Amadeus BRS integrates with the carrier using a simple, standard method of baggage message exchange. 
Airlines send baggage messages to Amadeus BRS from their DCS
Messages addressed to Amadeus BRS from DCS (BSM, BUM, BMM e.g.) are sent via teletype messaging network (TTY) to a designated Amadeus Airport BRS address (MUCKM1A)
Amadeus BRS sends BPM messages to the Airline’s DCS
This messaging is not required for BRS operation, but is an IATA 753 requirement.
Messages generated in BRS (BPM) for non-Altéa airlines can be sent to an airline-provided TTY address from Amadeus Airport BRS Address (MUCKM1A)

This is the main dashboard page, it gives an overview of messages exchanged through BMD system for a given customer
Home / Message Search button allows to switch between homepage (this slide) and message search (next slide)
Export button allows to export the dashboard page as pdf. Each chart / table can be exported as csv file individually too.
Filter fields allow user to customize which data is used in the chart and tables below, multiple filters can be set at once: Airport / Airline / Type ( All / BMM / BSM / BPM …) / Status (All / RECEIVED / SENT / ERROR) / Timeframe (using splunk built-in options, this allow to search between any 2 times, like “between 15Jan17, 15:25 and 02Mar17, 16:34”
or relative options like “last 30 days”)
If user changes a filter then the chart and tables below are automatically refreshed.
Hide filters allows user to hide Airport / Airline / Type / Status / Timeframe filters, so that screen only shows the chart and table.
Hourly chart provides a view of message count for above filters. Counts are aggregated per hour, this allows user to identify easily peak hours.
Airport table provides the total message count for the selected time period, broken down by Airport.
Airline table provide the total message count for the selected time period, broken down by Airline.
Detailed search result provides the total message count, for each combination or Aiport / Airline / Message / Type / Status, matching the selected filters, aggregated per day.

User can search for messages related to a specific airline / airport / bag tag / surname / message type / message processing status. User can specify the time frame as well.
Multiple filters can be used at once, so you can select “all messages received by BMD yesterday for airline 6X and airport ABC” The search result is sent automatically as csv to the address provided (if any)
Export button allows to export the search result as pdf file.
BMD customer will only be able to search for messages under its responsibility. This will be controlled through LSS but is not implemented yet.
