3 Attracting Sponsorship Interest
Show genuine interest in working with a sponsor that a ‘partnership’ will benefit both organizations Show a value-unique community investment/marketing opportunities to offer the sponsor

4 Tips to Attract Corporate Sponsors
Know your influencing demographic Establish relationship Have a great sponsor proposal Promise deliverables Ask for what you want Find the right person to approach in the company Know the answers or find out honestly Always follow up Be brief Be flexible Be early

5 “The Ask” What is ‘your story’? Describe what your organization does
Tailoring benefits to THE sponsor-value unique including technology communication Know your demographics-who is it that cares? Explain how you will measure success Ask for the dollars A professional document Use Appendix for support data/budget
