1 Renewables: Moy Wind Farm
33kV high voltage power connected at the main sub- station and load solution to simulate a full grid connection supply. Our solution enabled both static and rotational commissioning of the turbines, protection of the electrical components, preservation of the turbine warranties and kept the project on course. All from one central connection point.

2 Renewables: Westermost Rough
Turnkey power supply package at 33kV to test the 1st offshore wind substation manufactured by STX France, before its shipment to the UK.

3 Renewables: BorWin beta, Germany
Supply 1,250 kVA of Power to HVDC Transformer platform during the erection of the substation.

4 Renewables: Belwind, Belgium
Test of the Haliade™ 150-6MW offshore wind turbine Connecting all heating systems + Fans to recirculate air internally => 60kW Yawing the nacelle=> 25kW Pitching the blades=>16kW 1x 1,250kVA and 1x 500kVA offshore generators for Jan de Nul vessel during installation of the cable from the turbine to Belwind's substation.

5 Renewables: Meerwind Süd, Germany
Supply 80 x 60 kVA offshore power generators with external fuel tanks to preserve the turbines warranty before grid connection. Remote start & stop of generators, fuel level monitoring and service scheduling with Telemetry.

6 Renewables: Offshore power and climate control
The situation When the turbines were erected offshore the mains supply via subsea cables had not been commissioned and no power was available for the ancillary equipment within the structure. A temporary power supply was needed to provide both 415V and 690V located on the base of the transition piece (TP). The offshore substation also required power and climate control during construction to prevent deterioration of HV equipment and switchgear. The Task Aggreko provided standard 415V generators, with separate fuel tank, connected to a step up transformer for each of the wind farms TPs. All equipment was fitted with lifting slings and certified. A 125 kVA generator fitted with fire protection panel was supplied for the substation. The result All electrical equipment was protected on the TPs and substation until mains connection could be commissioned.

7 Renewables: Cerna, Romania
Full load testing off the grid of the 7 x MW wind turbines Step up transformer to 33 kV, load banks and generators to reach the full load capacity of the GE turbines during the commissioning phase.

8 Renewables: Lacedonia, South Italy
Full load testing off the grid of the wind farm plant Step-up transformer to 33 kV, load banks and generators to reach the full load capacity of the GE Wind Energy onshore turbines.

9 Renewables: Onshore wind farm, Poland
Testing WTG’s offline with energizing the HV line with a 5 MW Resistive / Reactive Loadbank and 2 x 1250 kVA’s to run each individual WTG on full load.

10 Renewables: Gwynt y Mor
Supply 120 x 60 kVA offshore power generators with external fuel tanks to preserve the turbines warranty before grid connection.
