3. Read the paragraph (p.4) & answer the following questions: -What is the main purpose of this paragraph? To give direction in making egg salad (completing a process). - Have you ever cooked a delicious food? What type of food it was? - Discuss the notes p.6

4. Rewrite the following three sentences(p. 231): - First, boil eggs
Rewrite the following three sentences(p.231): - First, boil eggs. - There are three eggs. - Do this for five minutes. First, boil three eggs for five minutes. - Sandwiches are food. - Sandwiches are delicious. - Sandwiched can be made quickly. Sandwiches are delicious food that can be made quickly.

6. An Activity Write a short paragraph which gives useful directions to make a falafel sandwich Take a loaf of bread. Cut it into two slices. Spread three to four pieces of falafel on the bread. Wash the cucumber and tomatoes, cut them into thin slices, and put them over the falafel. You can add slices of pickles and pepper if you like as they give the sandwich an extra zing.
