Initially planned for January upgrade, but decided to push to this summer after upgrade-related issues were resolved
Since our December meeting, around 40 new patrons have been created with SSN chosen as ID type

7. Driver’s Licenses: Problems Continue
Spot-check of last week’s new accounts:
Out of 2096 new accounts, at least 580 (28%) had errors in the Driver’s License entry
~110 had numbers but no state
~210 were blank (there were also others that just say "mom" or "dad" without the parent’s ID)
~260 were variations of GA-######### but entered incorrectly:
#########-GA
GA #########
Ga #########
ga-#########
etc.

8. Driver’s Licenses: Clean Up
Correct format as accounts are renewed or updated
Remove bad data if you encounter it
Example - there are 66 accounts with variations of
Spot-check lists of new users
Shared Folders > Templates > terran > Help Desk > Patrons > List of New Users
