BUSINESS
Lots of time is allocated towards in-person committee meetings, and the completion of these directives.
The actual I-Board meeting is short, since lots of the discussion on amendments is done in as a group. The meeting is the official decision.

Take advantage of having all I-Board members in the same room — film all the videos: DCON promotional, message to candidates, welcome to new board.
Leadership training, workshops held by Kiwanis staff to teach I-Board members how to better interact with others, unique value systems, travel plan booking, reimbursement...
