Subject line must include Open Day club’s name and your club’s name
must be sent on one of the three days indicated on the Letter of Invitation. It will always be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday about three weeks before the Open Day 25

No later than 10 days prior to the Open Day, DIC will send you a list of accepted players by
If under subscribed, ALL players will be accepted.
If oversubscribed, some players will be accepted based on an equalization formula.
As soon as possible after you send the entries to the DIC (Tues, Weds, Thurs) the DIC will send you a list of accepted players.

No later than 8 weeks prior to OD, DIC will contact you to schedule an Arrangement meeting
Meeting participants may include:

Food & Beverage Manager
Optional: 18 Hole Ladies Group Captain and Club Manager 39

Seven weeks prior to OD, the Arrangement Meeting is held

4. Six weeks prior to OD, the Letter

Approximately 4 days prior to the Open Day, the DIC provides the final count of players 41

42. Eligibility to Compete in OD
Qualified WGANC Members
Members from the Host Club play if field is under-subscribed with DIC’s approval.
Handicap Limit – Index of 40.4
