Which impacted countries are making the most investments in ensuring sea-level rise does not compromise long sustainability of their economies and societies. Where can the most “bang for buck” investments to mitigate the effects of sea-level rise. Which countries have the least ability to deal with levels of sea-level rise and what global solutions could be offered to render assistance to these nations?

16 What are level 4b Restrictions?
.....allow individual users 87 litres a day. Cape Town reduce water use 500 million litres a day. The City of Cape Town is introducing a new water demand management system for its residents. It consists of a water management device, which is installed in residents’ houses, and a central control team in the City administration that regulates the functioning of these devices with the help of a computer set up.
