Coach Reimbursement Equipment and Corner Flag Turn-In Referee pay sheets (with unused pay only, teams with only 3 homes games will need to return unused pay) Intent to Coach Form Coach Training Reimbursement Pay up to cost of “E” Certificate course in Iowa Tournament Reimbursement 50% of Tournament Fee not to exceed $75 Maximum of Two Tournaments/Season ISA Sanctioned Tournaments Only (No Iowa Games) Reimbursement After Verification of Pay and Play

Equipment Bag (don’t abuse, use TLC) Contact if there are equipment replacement needs Pick up equipment and corner flags if you turned in after Spring or are a new team this season Remember corner flags after game or trade with next home coach on field if both agree Wash pinnies and keeper jersey periodically

Must have: Player Cards with attached photo (No card No Play) Approved Roster Photo Badges for all coaches and assistants Referee Pay and Signature Sheet Corner Flags for home games (must have to play) Game Cancellation/Rescheduling (home games) Weather related cancellations may only be determined by club or field referee Must Contact John Schley ASAP to Cancel for other reasons & to coordinate Make-Up. Must Contact Coaches Scheduled on Field before & after (master field schedule and coaches contact information in packet) Notify Coach(es) of Scheduled Practice time if used for Make-Up

Erik Lundy, Outgoing Director of Coaches Meet with Parents First to Outline Expectations Game/Practice Times Promptness Identify Team Manager for treats, phone tree, etc. Medical Release Forms (on hand for all practices and games) Practice Guidelines Must Have Two Adults Present First Aid Kit/ Cell Phone Minimum Player Equipment Shin Guards, Cleats, No Jewelry or hard hair accessories Water Bottle (or two)

17 Playing Time Policy Guest Player Policy Get Registration information for Spring to parents before last game of the season Advise the Registrar of plans for Spring coaching with intent to coach forms prior to the end of season for both coaches and assistant coaches
