PRE-REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 15TH:

Vaccinations will be given to residents 65 years of age and over. Residents with chronic medical conditions can receive a vaccine by providing an Rx prior to Clinic Date.
Participants MUST pre-register. Have your Medicare Card with Medicare Part B number ready when you call. Seniors enrolled in Medicare HMO plans cannot be accepted at the flu program.
