1 A particular student is not able to hear me?

2 Follow These steps : Ask the student to check the headset and speakers on other system applications first. Headset jack might not be plugged in properly. Headset volume might be set too low or muted. Check if system speaker is not muted.

3 Go to "Advanced settings" of the class, click "Test speakers" and confirm if student is able to hear the music. (If yes then click "I m good to go" to save the settings).

4 No one in the class is able to hear me?

5 Follow these steps : Check by right clicking inside the classroom that you have not selected "Deny". Right click inside the classroom.Click "Settings" and select second tab from left. See if the "Deny" icon is checked. Click on "Allow" and check "remember", if deny is selected.

6 Check whether if microphone is not mute in the class.
If Yes, Then Un-Mute it. Also check whether the system microphone is muted If Yes, then Un-Mute it. Also increase the volume if its low.

7 If there is a lot of ECHO in the class.
I spoke a sentence and I could hear my voice speaking the same sentence over and over again.

8 Steps to reduce Echo in Windows 7
Check if your mic is not muted from system’s Recording control settings. Right click on the Volume icon and click on "Open volume Mixer" Click on the system sounds as shown above.

9 Then select the recording tab as shown in next image.
Double click on microphone, then the following image will appear, adjust the mic level and reduce the mic boost to zero.

10 After this select the 4th tab "communications".
Then click on the last option which says "do nothing" a shown in the image on right hand side.

Right click on the volume icon at the bottom right corner and select open volume control then there will be window of master volume, click on options and select properties.

13 In adobe settings reduce echo checkbox should be checked.
If speakers are being used by any person who is having audio /video controls then obviously audio feedback will come, so use headphones only.

14 Steps to reduce Echo in MAC Computers

15 Step 1 : Click on top left Mac Apple icon.
Click on System Preferences. Go to Sound icon and click on it. Select Output tab. Select the device and decrease the volume about half way. Same goes with Microphone by selecting Input tab.

16 Step 2 : Click on GO on menu bar and Click on Utilities.
Go to Audio MIDI Setup and click on it. From left navigation Click on Built-in Output and decrease the Volume level to 50% (half way) Same for Built-in input. Same will go for extra attached device. On Build-in Output, Lower right bottom corner click on Configure Speakers. Make sure selected tab should be a Stereo then close the browser and re-launch the class again.

17 I hear lot of humming sound from other user’s end.
Other user may have selected boost option for his microphone. If advance controls are selected for MIC volume then under advanced button boost option may be checked as shown in the images. Ask other user to unselect Microphone Boost option.

18 Check that you have selected correct device from "Devices" window of class.

19 After sometime your audio will be played back, make sure you are able to hear that.
Check in device settings that microphone gain is not set to minimum. If it is set to minimum (0 to 20) Then uncheck Auto Adjust and move slider to middle or up to 70 (see previous image).

20 My voice is cracking at other user’s end OR other user’s voice is cracking at my end.

21 Check that latency at your end is not more than 500 milliseconds in latency window.
If is high then close all other browser windows which are using internet. If still audio is not reaching to others thenrefresh and again come back in session.

22 No Audio Device appears in my Adobe flash settings or Device settings window.
It doesn’t list any drivers. As shown in the imgae on right hand side. It means your Audio drivers are not installed properly. On a system having properly installed audio drivers adobe flash settings must list the drivers as shown in the second image.

23 Why to click on "Allow", when presenter gives me audio controls and "Allow / Deny" window appears.

24 By clicking allow your audio/Video will transmit to other user.
