2 Why NHS Property Services?
Quality of the healthcare environment has a direct impact on how the NHS delivers care, and our patients’ experience of it. The work environment is also important for staff: the better it is the more efficient they can be.

3 Why NHS Property Services?
“It can’t be easy to be healed in a soulless concrete box with characterless windows, inhospitable corridors and purely functional wards. The spirit needs healing as well as the body.” HRH The Prince of Wales ‘A Vision of Britain’ Enhancing the Healing Environment The King’s Fund
