Meeting will include important information such as:

Also discuss how to run age-appropriate practice and provide drills and other important information (Rothman Library, game situations, etc.)

19. Practice fields
If interested in renting a game field for practice, please contact City of Plano Athletic Operations
All other neighborhood park sites, elementary school sites, etc. are on a first come first serve basis

20. Game scheduling When will Games be Scheduled? Plan for Spring 2017:
Pre K 3 & 4/5: Saturday’s starting at 8am, Sunday’s starting at 1pm

Once the season schedule has been posted, there are NO reschedules
Game Swaps will be allowed; contact PSA Staff

21. cancellations
If we experience bad weather during the week (Monday – Friday), the City of Plano will check the fields sometime early afternoon and notify PSA by 4:00pm on whether or not the fields are playable. Again this is decided by the City of Plano, not PSA
We will then update our PSA Cancellations page as quickly as possible so those who are scheduled to play the first game of the day/night will have plenty of notice
If we experience bad weather over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), PSA league coordinators and directors will check the fields and update our PSA Cancellations page by 7:00am on Saturday’s and 12:00pm on Sunday’s
If it begins to rain throughout the day, please continue to check the Cancellations page for any updates on game cancellations
Each park & field is different. If you do not see any cancellations for your field, your game is being played
