1 Cleanrooms for life science industry

2 Profile Viessmann Technologies – founded on experience
In 1917, Johann Viessmann opened his small independent locksmith in the city of Hof an der Saale and so started a great development process. Today the Viessmann Group is one of the leading international manufacturers of heating, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The new cleanroom product line was conceptualised in 2003 and is today successfully marketed and developed by Viessmann Technologies GmbH from its Hof headquarters. A team of international experts is in charge of ambitious projects throughout the world. Viessmann Technologies GmbH is member of the Viessmann Group.

3 Profile Short profile of the Viessmann Group
The Viessmann Group is one of the leading international manufacturers of heating, cooling and climate control technology. Founded in 1917, the family business maintains a staff of approximately 11,400 employees and generates 2.1 billion Euro in annual group turnover. With 27 production divisions in 11 countries, subsidiaries and representations in 74 countries and 120 sales offices around the world, Viessmann is an internationally orientated company. 55 percent of sales are generated abroad.

4 Solutions for pharmaceutical industry
Certified, long-term strong surfaces Certified air and particle density High static boarding capacity Tool feature by sandwich construction Non-organic, microbiologically passiv insulation Application differentiated, metallic top layers and coatings Exclusion of unchecked interstices Fire protection according to German DIN 4102

5 Mono-block system Building material class B1 and A2 Surface
- Galvanized steel sheeting, polyester coated (powder coated) - Colour white similar RAL 9010, 9002, 9003 and 9016 - optionally with antimicrobial effective SmartProtec©- powder coating - optionally with stainless steel surface Areal weight - approx. 14 kg/m2 for PU-elements - approx. 22 kg/m2 for mineral wool elements - approx. 24 kg/m2 for Perlite insulating panels

6 Mono-block system Emission-free, abiotic and passive work materials
Application-differentiated metallic cover coating Reproducible, lasting resistance to cleaning agents and disinfectants Reproducible, lasting resistance to gassing Process-related surface resistance, application-differentiated powder-coating procedure UV resistance, resistant to UV disinfectant ESD-suitable Conductive paint is available Air-tightness and particle density Sealant strip or permanently elastic seal Homogeneous and absolutely flush-mounted overall construction

7 Mono-block system Low degree of surface gloss
Tool capability due to sandwich construction Short assemby time High level of individual design possibility Minimum construction time Antibacterial, fungicidal and microbiologically harmless wall finish Manifold supplemental elements for media routing Conductive surfaces on request Air- and particle-tight system tested from − Pa Doors in a hermetically sealable version (optional)
