1 Make sure everyone has arrived
Pass out your cards Prepare the tiles, foam ball and literature Hello I am ______ from Ergo Advantage Thanks for taking the time today to learn about Ergo Advantage

2 Ergonomics Surfaces should not be too hard or too soft
There are postural effects of sinking into a soft squishy mat Too soft will bottom out, concrete is too hard Proper Matting supports proper postures Pull out the ergo ball. Most matting is made up of foam (like the ball) with a vinyl cover. The problem with it is that it looses resiliency very quickly, bottoms out and you are left with no support where you need it most. Use the walking in sand analogy, also when you sink into a soft surface twisting and turning on that soft surface results in more force on your ankle and knee joints leading to injuries. The ergonomic of our product is the leg structure and compression domes distributing the employees weight resulting in less fatigue at the end of the day.

3 Ergonomics Surfaces that are too soft result in more fatigue
Think about soft dry sand vs compact sand Walking in sand analogy, more fatiguing to walk on a soft, cushy surface.

4 Ergonomics Postural effects of sinking into a soft Mat similar to bad back/ soft mattress Mattress analogy; soft squishy matress does not support your spine. When you go to the doctor with a bad back, he does not say go out and buy a soft squishy surface.

5 Ergonomics Surfaces that are too soft will bottom out
Your heal sinks into the mat We need to support the foot posture and not have the heel sinking deeper than the rest of the foot into the mat.

6 Ergonomics Twisting and Turning on a soft surface puts more stress on the knee and ankle joints

7 Ergonomics Soft squishy mats bottom out where you need it most resulting in sink holes Ergo Advantage has a leg structure that disperses weight and never bottoms out This is a mat where the foam looses resiliency and you will find “sink holes”
