Training Process T-85 Days Inventory Setup Training Storeroom Managers & Directors of Procurement will receive a web based demo of the system and training 6-8 weeks prior to implementation on how to complete the Inventory Setup Template Template will be used to collect storeroom data Training: Implementation Project Management & Supplier Adoption Orientation Inventory Setup Training Data Gathering (templates) Order Guide Setup Training Order Guide Setup Training Director of Procurement will receive a web based demo and training 4 weeks prior to implementation on how to complete the Order Guide Setup Templates Template will be used to populate direct issue Order Guides Training: Timeline Key Hotel Activity BirchStreet Activity

Two Core Sessions Are Available – Web Based Training Training Will Occur 4 Weeks Prior to Implementation Each Session is Listed with Who Should Attend: Procurement Setup 1 – System Demo/Overview Purchasing Manager and anyone responsible for setting up Order Guides for direct purchase or requisitioning (non-Inventory) Procurement Setup 2 – Setup Requirements
