2 INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVE
The objective of the session #3 Critical Communication is to: Share information between all GSC Members and invited participants. Address topics that are of high interest of the individual GSC Members, and also to bring in views from other players in the market. This may lead to identification of Communalities. Gaps and/or overlap of work. Need for coordination. Regulatory issues,. Etc. The discussion in GSC will be a stepping stone to enhance harmonization and cooperation. SCOPE The Critical Communications session will cover a broad range of related topics such as Emergency Communication, Public Safety, etc. This could include activities linked to any situation of emergency, to prevention of or protection from events that could danger the safety of the general public. In all cases communication is critical and critical means the extreme importance of communication.  The session will address both regional issues as well global activities with strong attention to the priorities of the GSC Members and invited experts.
