Set a goal for membership growth. Include targets for diversity. Identify sources of information to help reach your goals. Have a clear process for membership committee to follow.

President’s Checklist: Monthly Calendar—Suggested Actions and Important Dates General Responsibilities of the President Attending Area Meetings, District Conferences, and ZI Conventions (when finances & time permit) Keeping club members informed Providing Area Director and Governor with Reports To help you achieve these ZI suggestions, I have for each president today a flash drive that contains easily accessed tools.

15 Zonta D10 Reports Club Officers Report Form—Due May 1
(President and Treasurer Information) Addendum to Club Officers Form—Due June 1 (Vice president, secretary, president-elect (if applicable), and newsletter editor information) Club Committee Chairs Report—Due June 30

16 President’s Report—Not Judged
Judged Reports—Due to D10 Secretary by June 30 Service Advocacy Membership Public Relations and Communications Finance Report—Not Judged The flash drive contains your revised yearly reports. President’s Report—valuable to analyze your club—suggest that current and incoming presidents use this as a guide Judged Reports: No matter what your club does, to be recognized you must complete and submit the reports. Significant changes: Membership: Individual award—bring in at least 2 members during the year who also rejoin the following year. Monetary awards to clubs: Bell for Division 1 (30 members or less, Banner (for Division II (31 members to 60 members) and Billboard for Division III (61 members or more. PR&C: newsletter and website added to this award; press books not judged Finance Report: not judged but good for analysis of how your club handles its finances.
