President’s Report—valuable to analyze your club—suggest that current and incoming presidents use this as a guide
Judged Reports: No matter what your club does, to be recognized you must complete and submit the reports.

Membership:
Individual award—bring in at least 2 members during the year who also rejoin the following year.
Monetary awards to clubs: Bell for Division 1 (30 members or less, Banner (for Division II (31 members to 60 members) and Billboard for Division III (61 members or more.
PR&C: newsletter and website added to this award; press books not judged
Finance Report: not judged but good for analysis of how your club handles its finances.
