Open the Stu_Dec_Child.csv file and filter for Student Status 6 students to verify

Student under the age of 22, in the custody of the parent(s), resides with grandparent and does not require special education services
Can attend the district where grandparent resides, tuition free, as long as the Boards of Education of BOTH districts agree good cause exists for such attendance
