1 Open a BLANK WORD document
Show the ruler on the screen

2 3. Return to the HOME tab 4. Take a screenshot of your screen by clicking the “PrtScn” button ONCE on your keyboard (above your arrows) 5. Paste your screenshot into your WORD document by pressing “CTRL” and “V” at the same time on your keyboard.

4 6. Crop your picture to include ONLY the top part of the screen (from the ruler up).
-Crop is located on the “Picture Tools Tab” -Drag the center black line on the bottom of the picture to remove the bottom part of the picture -Anything gray will be deleted -Hit enter to delete unwanted pictures

6 7. It should look like this when you are finished cropping:

7 STOP AND SAVE!!! -Save as “Screenshot” in YOUR business folder!!!

8 8. To label the screenshot we are going to add Shapes and Text boxes.
9. Click InsertShapes Choose an arrow

9 11. Draw your arrow to whatever length you want
11. Draw your arrow to whatever length you want. Point the arrow to the top of the document where it says “Document1- Word” You can change the color and width of the arrow by clicking on the drawing tools tab!

10 12. To add the text box to the top of the arrow Click InsertText Box Choose “Draw Text Box”

11 13. Draw your text box to whatever length you want
13. Draw your text box to whatever length you want. Position it above the arrow and type “Title Bar” in the box. You can change the color and width of the text box by clicking on the drawing tools tab! Title Bar

12 STOP AND SAVE!!! Close when finished!
