2 Flextra 30 (30hrs) Week Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Weekly Hours 1 DAY SHIFTS - you will work x4 7.5hr shifts between 0600hrs hrs (start times within 1hr of each other this week) 30 2 FLEXIBLE SHIFTS - you will work x3 10hr shifts on these shifts, either Day, Evening or Night Shifts (start times within 1hr of each other this week) 3 NIGHT SHIFTS - you will work x3 10hr shifts on these shifts between 1800hrs hrs (start times within 1hr of each other this week) 4 DAY SHIFTS - the WFM system will allocate you x2 7.5hr shifts between 0600hrs hrs on 2 of these 3 days only (start times within 1hr of each other) FLEXIBLE SHIFTS - you will work x2 7.5hr shifts on these shifts, either Day, Evening or Night Shifts (start times within 1hr of each other this weekend) 5 FLEXIBLE SHIFT - you will work a 7.5hr shift on this shift, either Day, Evening or a Night Shift FLEXIBLE SHIFTS - you will work x3 7.5hr shifts on these shifts, either Day, Evening or Night Shifts (start times within 1hr of each other this weekend) 6 NIGHT SHIFT - you will work a 7.5hr shift on this shift between 1800hrs hrs NIGHT SHIFTS - you will work x3 7.5hr shifts on these shifts between 1800hrs hrs (start times within 1hr of each other this weekend) 180hrs worked over a 6-week period, this equates to a 30hrs per week working contract - ALL SHIFTS RELEASED 4-WEEKS IN ADVANCE

3 Lifestyle Plus(20hrs per week)
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun 1 Up to 2 Shifts - 5hrs to 11hrs Shifts - (you choose your own preferred start times during the week, you must be flexible to work up until Midnight, but you can opt to work past midnight if this suits your work/life balance better – Example: Any time between 1700hrs – Midnight during the week) 4.5hrs to 11hrs - (between 0600hrs hrs, you can also select later finish times if this suits you to work into the night) 2 Up to 3 Shifts - 5hrs to 11hrs Shifts - (you choose your own preferred start times during the week, you must be flexible to work up until Midnight, but you can opt to work past midnight if this suits your work/life balance better – Example: Any time between 1700hrs – Midnight during the week, each day can have a different preferred start time) If you have commitments on a certain day/evening of the week, the system can work around this, if you unable to commit to 2 or more days/evenings through the week, this will be agreed at Management level prior to commencing any rotas. You decide your own start and finish times for Monday to Friday, this can be any length shift between 0600hrs – Midnight (or later if this suits your work/life balance better), always having 4 weeks’ notice of your shifts at all times. Week 1 – you will work both Saturday AND Sunday plus up to 2 shifts in the evenings midweek to make up your contracted hours. Week 2 – you will work either Saturday OR Sunday plus up to 3 shifts during the week to make up your contracted hours.

4 Lifestyle Plus (14hrs to 19hrs per week)
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun 1 No Midweek Shifts (all of your contracted hours will be worked at the weekend) 4hrs to 11hrs Shifts - (between 0600hrs hrs, you can also select later finish times if this suits you to work into the night) 4hrs to 11hrs Shifts - (between 0600hrs hrs, you can also select later finish times if this suits you to work into the night) 2 Up to 2 Shifts - 4hrs to 11hrs Shifts - (you choose your own available start times during the week, you must be flexible to work up until Midnight, but you can opt to work past midnight if this suits your work/life balance better – Example: Any time between 1700hrs – Midnight during the week, each day can have a different preferred start time if you wish) If you have commitments on a certain day/evening of the week, the system can work around this, if you unable to commit to 2 or more days/evenings through the week, this will be agreed at Management level prior to commencing any rotas. 5 Lifestyle (20hrs per week)
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun 1 4hr Shift – Start Time Flexible – Latest Finish Midnight (you can opt to work later if this suits you better) 2 3 4 5 The Lifestyle pattern is a 5 week rotation, working on the White shifts above. All blue shifts are days off. This pattern is NOT available on anything less than the current 5-days per week. An alternative option may be Lifestyle Plus if you wish to work less days in the week. You will always have 4 weeks’ notice of your shifts. The shift start times are flexible. Meaning you are available during any hours of the day, from 0600hrs to Midnight, you can opt to work past midnight if this suits your work/life balance better. The Workforce Management system will then give you a 4, 5 or 6hr shift between those hours.

6 Weekend Day Worker (14hrs to 20hrs per week)
Mon Tues Wed Thurs Fri Sat Sun 1 5hrs to 11hrs – (between 0600hrs – 0000hrs – you can opt to work past midnight or night shifts if this suits your work/life balance better) The Weekend Day Worker pattern is available on 14hrs – 20hrs contracts. The Workforce Management system will allocate your weekly hours as follows: You will work every Saturday and Sunday, the Workforce Management system may give you, on a 14hr contract, 6hrs paid shift on Saturday and 8hrs paid shift on Sunday, or a 9.5hr paid shift on Saturday and 4.5hr paid shift on Sunday as an example. If you can work past midnight or full night shifts instead, then we can accommodate this request. On a maximum 20hrs contract, you may receive either two 10hr shifts on Saturday and Sunday, or a 11hr shift on Saturday and a 9hr shift on Sunday, ensuring your contracted hours are worked. You can work on a 14hr, 15hr, 16hr, 17hr, 18hr, 19hr or 20hr contract on this pattern.
