The notebook is divided into TWO sections.
Left Side-Right Side: WHICH SIDE?
The Left SIDE “LOVES” student work. This is the side that you can use to show me your creativity. This is the “output” or product side.
The Right side is “RESTRICTED” and contains only information given by Ms. Green. This is designated the “THROUGH” page because you are doing this throughout the class. Nothing else should be placed on the RIGHT SIDE!!

29. Grading of Notebooks
I will tell you when I am grading notebooks. There should be no surprises.
Typically they are graded 3-4 times a nine weeks.
Not every assignment in your NB will receive a grade.
You will place the “to be” graded pages in a pocket folder along with the Table of Contents (TOC).
When returned you will place those pages back in your NB in chronological order.

Some “post-it/stickie” flags
Classroom supplies include: tape, glue, colored pencils, markers, scissors, highlighters, a 3-hole punch, etc
(Supplies are limited)
Even though you will have a 3 ring binder, some materials will be glued or taped into your NB.
