2 Filtek Z250 Universal Indications:
Microhybrid Zirconia/silica fillers Filler loading is 60% Most used dental material in Estonia over 10 years Available in 15 shades Cures in just 20 seconds Radiopaque Easy to finish and polish Direct anterior and posterior restorations Core buildups Splinting Indirect restorations including, inlays, onlays, and veneers Filtek Z250 restorative offers remarkable wear resistance and overall strength. In addition, the restorations remained smooth and color-stable to earn a “very good to excellent” rating for esthetics.

4 Tehnique A rubber dam is the preferred method of isolation. Cotton rolls plus an evacuator can also be used. Preparation Matrix Adhesive system (know instructions!) Place and light cure (minimum intensity of 400 mW/cm2 in the nm range) Finishing and polishing

5 Filtek Z550 Indications: Nano-hybrid Filler loading is 68%
Easy to polish and easy to achieve a good aesthetic result Direct anterior and posterior restorations including occlusal surfaces Core build-ups Splinting Indirect restorations including inlays, onlays and veneers It was derived from the Filtek™ Z250 Universal Restorative filler system, known for its excellent handling and strong mechanical properties. With the goal of achieving a better performing, more aesthetic nanohybrid composite, the Filtek™ Z250 restorative filler system was improved with the addition of proprietary nanoparticles and nanoclusters which are bound in the resin matrix.

6 Shades The shading system of Filtek™ Z550 Nano Hybrid Universal Restorative is based on the Vitapan® Classical Shade Guide. A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4, B1, B2, B3, C2, D3 two dentine-like shades: OA2, OA3

7 Filtek Ultimate Simple to use Unique nanofiller technology
„If you want to emulate nature (and we’re sure you do), you’ll be pleased with the lifelike aesthetics of Filtek™ Ultimate Universal Restorative.“ Filtek Ultimate Simple to use Exceptional handling More body shades for single-shade restorations Lifelike aesthetics Excellent polish Wide range of shades and opacities Improved fluorescence Unique nanofiller technology Better polish retention than a microfill Wears better than leading competitors Outstanding strength for anterior and posterior use „The new generation offers all you can ask for!“

8 Shades Filtek Ultimate Universal Restorative is a system that provides excellent aesthetic results, whether you use a single-, dual- or multi-shade technique.

10 Gaenial anterior and posterior
Indications for use Light-cured radiopaque hybrid composite two different versions: G-ænial Anterior and G-ænial Posterior G-ænial Anterior Direct restorative for Class III, IV, V cavities. Direct restorative for wedge-shaped defects and root surface cavities. Direct restorative for veneers and diastema closure. G-ænial Posterior Direct restorative for Class I and II cavities.

11 Shade system single-shade restorations or aesthetic masterpieces with a multi-shade build-up In order to achieve this, 3 clearly differentiated shade groups have been defined for G-ænial: Standard shades: for the single-shade restorations Outside shades: placed on top of Standard shades in aesthetically demanding cases Inside shades: placed underneath Standard shades in aesthetically demanding cases

17 Charisma classic What you see is what you get! Indications
Light curing Radiopaque Microhybrid composite Microglass filler tehnology Easy single-shade layering techniques and more natural restorations Convenient shade selection and matching Easier masking of discolorations Easy handling Creamy consistency excellent finishing and polishing properties Direct restoration of Class I–V cavities Direct composite veneers Shape corrections of teeth (i.e. diastemas, congenital defects in teeth, etc.) Splinting of teeth loosened by trauma or periodontal disease Restoration of primary teeth Repairs of porcelain, composite (in combination with an adequate repair-system) Application to dentine close to the pulp (less than 1 mm)

18 Remember! Gel for the prevention of an oxygen inhibited layer (glycerin gel)

20 Single Bond Universal Adhesive
„Total-Etch, Self-Etch, Selective-Etch – no matter what adhesive technique you choose, Single Bond Universal Adhesive is the only adhesive you’ll need!“ Direct placement indications Bonding of composite or compomer for all classes of direct restorations Root surface desensitisation Sealing of dentine prior to cementation of amalgam restorations Protective coating for glass ionomer restorative materials Repair of composite or compomer restorations Bonding of pit and fissure sealants Indirect placement indications Primer for Zirconia, alumina, metal or glass ceramic restorations Bonding of veneers with RelyX™ Veneer Cement Bonding of indirect restoration in combination with RelyX™ Ultimate Cement Bonding of self- or dual-cure core build-up materials and resin cements (with Single Bond DCA Dual Cure Activator) Intraoral repair of existing indirect restorations Sealing of dentine prior to temporization for indirect restoration placement 5th generation- 2 steps.

23 Futurabond Dual-Cure Universal Adhesive in Single Dose Delivery System
Fast and easy one-coat application (apply, dry and cure in 35 sec.) Virtually no post-operative sensitivity   Reinforced with nano particles for permanent bond strength Single Dose System eliminates the problem of solvent evaporation as known issue of other bottle systems - this ensures reliable high bond strength each application Indications Direct and indirect restorations using any light-curing, self-curing or dual-curing methacrylate-based restorative, core build-up or luting composite Intraoral repair of fillings, ceramic veneers and all-ceramic restorations without additional primer Treatment of hypersensitive tooth necks Protective varnish for glass ionomer cement restorations Sealing of cavities prior to amalgam restorations or prior to temporary luting Luting of root posts with dual-cure or self-cure luting composites (resin cement)

25 Finishing and polishing
Contour restoration surfaces with fine finishing diamond burs or stones. Contour proximal surfaces with Finishing Strips. Occlusion: Check occlusion with a thin articulating paper. Examine centric and lateral excursion contacts. Carefully adjust occlusion by removing material with a fine polishing diamond or stone.

26 Polishing: Sof-Lex™ Finishing and Polishing System white stones or rubber points Brushes, polishing paste Polishing strips Etc.

27 Thank you!
