11 2nd St - Project Description
Construction Construction Sequencing / Access Biggest concern of the project Plans include specific phasing and sequencing for contractor to adhere to Final sequencing and phasing will be determined once contractor is selected Primary issue is to keep access open, traffic flowing, and utilities functioning In general, having the contractor finish work in a specific area means longer total construction time – as opposed to spreading the work out and having s shorter total construction time Once the contractor is selected and the number of available work crews is determined, the appropriate balance will be outlined
