How can we keep a good update of the projects information?
- Projects should report their activities regularly? – Activities reports
- Logistical restrictions to projects that do not send the report?

Ongoing projects that are not registered in LBA should be appreciated by the SSC or just registered as a LBA project?
Old LBA projects that are still ongoing but with another staff or objectives should be appreciated by the SSC or just registered with another code?
