2. Asking the weather
The words for ‘weather’ are ‘el tiempo’ or ‘el clima’
¿Qué tiempo hace?
¿Cómo está el clima?
You can add a place or a time frame to further clarify
¿Qué tiempo hace en Phoenix en julio?

3. Giving the weather Most of the weather phrases use the verb ‘hacer’
Hace calor (it’s hot)
Hace frío (it’s cold)
Hace sol (it’s sunny)
Hace viento (it’s windy)
Hace fresco (it’s cool, chilly)
Others don’t
Está nublado (it’s cloudy)
Llueve (it rains, it is raining)
Nieva (it snows, it is snowing)

4. Giving the weather You can also add when and where to these statements
Hace calor en Phoenix en el verano. (It’s hot in Phoenix in the summer)

5. How the weather is going to be
If you want to say how the weather is going to be, use ‘form of ir + a + verb’
Va a hacer calor (it’s going to be hot)
Va a hacer frío (it’s going to be cold)
etc.
Others
Va a estar nublado
Va a llover (it’s going to rain)
Va a nevar (it’s going to snow
Asking:
¿Qué tiempo va a hacer…?
