1 The CIMM Central User Facility (CUF)
Sustainable and widely-available facilities in support of advanced manufacturing research, education and training in Louisiana An ecosystem of cost-recovery centers Institute for Micromanufacturing (IfM) Shared Instrumentation Facility (SIF) Advanced Manufacturing and Machining Facility (AM2F) Materials Manufacturing, Testing and Evaluation Facility (M2TEF)

2 The CIMM CUF Mission Provide access to sustainable, dedicated, state-of-the-art, experimental facilities for research and development in advanced manufacturing. Develop and establish sustainable advanced manufacturing training and education programs based on the CIMM-CUF material and human resources. Continuously incorporate new experimental facilities relevant to advanced manufacturing so as to continuously make the state-of-the-art available to its academic, industrial and government customers.

3 CIMM-CUF Members An ecosystem of cost-recovery center members for sustainability, Existing cost-recovery centers are the CIMM-CUF founding core members, Additional cost-recovery centers may join the CIMM-CUF in the future, so long as they fulfill membership requirements.

4 CIMM-CUF Membership Requirements - 1
Members must be documented cost-recovery centers with published rates for use of their resources and services, Member resources and services are openly available to any user who is willing to pay the associated rates, Rates charged to users from any Louisiana public institution of higher education shall be the internal rates offered to users of the institution in which the member cost-recovery center resides.

5 CIMM-CUF Membership Requirements - 2
Members will participate and contribute to the educational and outreach activities as mandated by the CIMM program, subject to any relevant rates associated with services rendered to this end, Members shall maintain, sustain and augment their experimental infrastructure and educational programs so that they are continuously and reliably available to users. Members shall produce and publish an annual activity and fiscal report documenting usage, revenue and sustainability actions.

6 CIMM-CUF Membership Application
Submit application documenting membership requirements, Application reviewed by CIMM-CUF Leadership Team, that decides, One year probationary membership to demonstrate meeting membership requirements, Full membership thereafter if requirements met during probation.

7 CIMM-CUF Leadership Team
Representatives of the institutions who have cost- recovery centers as members of the CIMM-CUF, One representative per CIMM-CUF cost-recovery center member,
