4. Introduction
Manisha Construction started its operations in 1985 in the happening city Pune, in the field of R.C.C. Building works under the leadership of young and talented entrepreneurs. On reviewing the market needs, we realized that brickwork, plastering and waterproofing are inline activities which can be executed simultaneously.
  After completion of some projects on labour contract basis the company started executing its works with material as a professionally managed company. As a part of reorganization and change processes, company is now expanding the business over the state and provide excellent service with quality.

5. Looking to the increasing graph of company growth, new officials showed their interest for overall development of organization from commercial and construction management point of view. Company is continuously evaluating the construction market to execute all new techniques in order to complete the projects in stipulated Time, Cost, Safety and Quality.
Overcoming the various bottle necks, Manisha Const. now heading to a mature company empowered with finance, management and professionalism. We have hard working people on the field for execution of work associated with dynamic professionals for various activities viz. administration, project planning, scheduling, implementation, monitoring, accounts and store.
We have successfully completed some of the projects in Pune with prestigious clients like Dorabjee Estates PVT Ltd, MIT Institutes, Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation, Kumar Builders, Karia Developers etc.
Currently we are working with Lodha Group, Ajmera Group, Kunal Group ,Nishant Construction ,Mohar Group and Aum Sanskriti Group.
 The motto of Manisha Construction is continuous development and contribution towards socialism. We persist to become one of the most efficient companies in future for mutual benefit and better tomorrow.

6. Skills & Services Supervisory
Manisha construction prides itself in developing both it’s direct employees &Sub-Contractors. Last year the group carried out 60 days training. All training is linked to the business plan &health & safety legislation. Each employee has an annual Individual Performance Review which sets team & individual objectives.
