What does ‘Requires Improvement’ actually mean?

3. Strengths
Spiritual, moral, social and cultural education - “Leaders have created a warm and inviting school environment where pupils’ ideas are valued”
Behaviour – “Pupils’ behaviour is good. They enjoy their learning and have good relationships with each other and with adults.”.
“Attendance is good. Children are happy and they enjoy coming to school.”

Marking – “Work is regularly marked. Teachers often give feedback that helps pupils understand what they need to do to improve their work”
