Presentation of BankConnect’s features & functionality

2 Logging into BankConnect
Start at Click on BankConnect Resources Click on BankConnect Login This will bring you the BankConnect Plus Business Banking Online Login page Download Trusteer Rapport Browser Plug-in software tool used by many of the largest financial institutions to help secure online banking sessions When prompted to install, click the Download Now button in the pop-up window (required) Enter your Organization ID User ID Password *The first time you sign on, you will be required to choose security questions and answers as well as a call back number to verify your identity*

3 Home Screen From the Home screen (also referred to as the Dashboard) you will be able to view any Bank Messages, System Notices as well as a snapshot of current day balances for the accounts for which you have been entitled. Click on any of the accounts hyperlinks to open up the “View All Activity” screen View Real-Time balances & activity Option to change date range to view Prior Day activity as well

4 Balances When you click on ‘Balances’ from the module menu, you will be taken to the Account Balances page. Select an account from the Account Number drop down list. Click You can view your Real-Time balances throughout the day for accounts in which you have been entitled.

5 Transfers : Single Transfers
When you click on ‘Transfers’ you can create a single transfer by clicking on the “Single Transfer” tab. Creating a transfer is a three-step process: Select the “From” account from the drop down list Select the “To” account from the drop down list Enter the transfer amount Enter the frequency from the drop down list (a one off transfer would be the default entry of Once, right now Enter any comments if desired, this is not required Click Review for accuracy then click on You’ll receive your transfer confirmation You may click on Transfer History at the top of the page to confirm the status Transfers can be sent until 10:00 ET Loan Payments can be made via Account Transfers * * Advances can be made on certain loan types only. Please contact your Cash Management Rep for more information **Approval may be required for transfers depending on your individual company set up**

6 Transfers : Multiple Transfers and Templates
When you click on ‘Transfers’ you can create Multiple transfers as well as add templates for transfers you perform on a regular basis by clicking on the “Multiple Transfers & Temp” tab. Select the transfer or transfers you wish to perform by clicking the check box next to the transfer You can easily modify any default values from this screen or you can edit the template by clicking the Edit link at the end of the row If you wish to add another transfer template, simply enter a nickname in the next empty row, select your accounts and enter a default transfer amount If you need to add more than one template, simply click the button. After your transfers are selected click on Review for accuracy then click on You’ll receive your transfer confirmation. You may click on Transfer History at the top of the page to confirm the status

7 Reporting When you click on “Reporting” you will be directed to the Report Selection page. Select any report by clicking on the hyperlink Report Name (Reports available vary per client) Select your report criteria to display or export. You can export a .CSV or a tab separated .TXT file Optional export formats include Quickbooks & BAI2 Robust Transaction search available to search for items for up to 90 days

8 Stops and Inquiries When you click on “Stops and Inquiries” you will be directed to the View All Activity page. Before placing a stop, confirm that the check has not already paid. Select ‘Paid Checks’ as the inquiry type and enter the rest of the search criteria. You can search back for 2 years, however do not enter a range over 90 days at a time Click on If the check has paid, no further action is required. If it has not paid, click on ‘Stop Payments’ to enter your stop information. It is recommended to only enter information in the required fields denoted by an asterisk Once submitted, click on ‘Monitor’ to verify the status is “received” and “approved” ** The Monitor section only displays stop payments placed on BankConnect Plus.

9 Check Positive Pay When you click on “Positive Pay” you will be directed to the View Exceptions page. Positive Pay Exceptions will be loaded by 7:30am ET. You have until 12:00pm ET to submit your decisions. You can Import an issue file of all issued checks or manually enter issues via Issue Management. When an issue file is submitted, Old National matches all the checks being presented to your valid issues. Anything that doesn’t match will be presented for a decision. Examples of exception reasons: Issue Missing Paid amount not = to issue Stale dated Duplicate paid Voided checks If you do not provide issues, all checks being presented for payment will be available for decision. After decisions are made or issues entered/imported, click “Approvals” to approve. You may also monitor the status of issues or exceptions by clicking on “Monitor”.

10 ACH Payments When you click on “ACH Payments” you will be directed to the ACH Database list page. This where your “templates” or “profiles” that hold your ACH receiver information is housed. Create a New Database - Click on ADD to create a new Database. Select the Originating Company, Application Type & Name for your database. Click on SAVE. This will take you to a screen to enter individual receiver information. You can manually enter or import data. Click on ADD to enter manually. To Import, click the Database List link to select your database and click Modify an Existing Database – Select the Database, click on to make your changes, the click SAVE. Change Receiver Information – Click the NAME of the database you would like to work. Click ADD to add a new receiver. To change existing receiver information, click on the NAME of the receiver. This will open up the screen to update the individual’s receiver information. Delete a Database – Select the Database, click on Creating a Payment – Click the name of your database to view the receiver information. Enter amounts to be sent, click on SAVE. Verify the total is correct, click on the Database List link, select your database and click on Select the effective date then click on OK. This will take you to the ACH Batch list. Refresh your browser screen. You will see your newly created batch, select your batch and click on **Note, if you set up with Dual Control you will not be able to release your own batch – Token is needed at release** The ACH Cut off time is 7:20 pm ET. Batch status will change from ‘released’ to ‘submitted’ status at 12:00 pm ET and 7:20 pm ET when we move batches from BankConnect to our ACH Processing system.

11 ACH Payments Cont’d ACH Validator
If your system creates a standard, NACHA file you may choose to use ACH Validator. This eliminates the need to create a database and import into it. Click on ACH Payments. Click on ACH Validator at the top of the screen. Browse for you ACH formatted file, select and click on OK. You will receive a message that “Validation was successfully started for file, xxx.txt. Please press the refresh button to view the results. Refresh your browser screen. You should receive the message “Validation of the file successful”. Click on ACH Batch List. Verify the file is a BALANCED file (credits & debits match), select & release. **Note, if you set up with Dual Control you will not be able to release your own batch – Token is needed at release** The ACH Cut off time is 7:20 pm ET. Batch status will change from ‘released’ to ‘submitted’ status at 12:00 pm ET and 7:20 pm ET when we move batches from BankConnect to our ACH Processing system.

12 Wire Transfers When you click on “Wire Transfers” you will be directed to the Wire Transaction list page. Domestic and USD International Wires must be entered & released before 5:00 pm ET. *Old National allows wires to be future dated for 30 days* To originate a wire, click on Single Wire, then click on the wire type. For this example we will select Non Repetitive Fed (standard domestic wire. Complete the required fields in the wire form. (Beneficiary Bank will only be used if the final bank cannot receive wires directly, such as a credit union). Once wire instructions are entered, click on Click on Transaction List, select the wire and click on **Note, if you set up with Dual Control you will not be able to release your own batch – Token is needed at release** When sending a USD International wire, you will enter ONB’s correspondent bank information. For USD International Wires the receiving bank ABA will always be which is Wells Fargo. The final bank information will be completed in the Beneficiary Bank section.

13 Wire Activity When you click on “Wire Activity” you will be directed to the Wire Transaction Search page. This is an optional Real-Time Wire Activity module where you can view current day/real time incoming and outgoing wire summary & detail. The Reporting is located under “Wire Activity Report” in the blue bar at the top of the screen.

14 Alerts When you click on “Setup” you will be directed to the Setup options page. The best way to set up alerts is to click on “Manage My Alerts”. Click on “Configure My Contact Points”. You may enter up to 4 addresses to have your alerts sent. One of them can be an SMS address to have the sent to your phone as a text message. Click on Click on the “Manage My Alerts” links midway through the page. Click on Select an Alert Type from the drop down box from the Add a New Alert screen. You may set up any or all of the alerts, set up your alert criteria, select the address to which the alert is sent and save your alert. Alerts available Wire Intraday Alert – action needed on an outgoing wire Incoming Wire Received – Receipt of incoming wires ACH Intraday Alert – action needed on an ACH Batch ACH End of Day Summary – Recap of all ACH Batches still needing action Transaction Cleared Alert – Receipt of transactions meeting your criteria Balance Threshold Alert – Balance alert based on your criteria Positive Pay Exceptions Exist – Alerts you if you have exceptions on any of your Check Positive Pay accounts. Check Cleared Alert – Alerts you when a check you have been looking for has paid.
