This is about some help we can give you if you live in Cornwall, Plymouth, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Kent or Essex

3 How we can help We can help if you have a mental health problem
This is to do with the way you think and feel It means you may feel upset, worried or angry a lot

6 What is advocacy? Advocacy is when someone supports you to have your say

We will talk to you to find out what you want and how you feel We will listen to you

We can talk to other people or groups for you

9 How we will work with you
We can help if doctors say you are not very well and have to stay in hospital We can get someone called an IMHA advocate to support you

10 How we will work with you
Our staff have very good training We always try to work in the best way
