2. What can we do in Trinity? Currently; Individual records for all licensed officials (including CRB, Licensing) Generate reports – county, discipline etc Event Management tool (communicating with officials selected for events) Online Assessments In the future Registering for officials courses HC’s/UKA can track progress of individuals through courses

3. Home Country Coordinators – England Athletics (North, South, Midlands and South West), Scotland, Wales, NI County Officials Secretary – secured access to county affiliated Officials data only. Editing personal details of county officials only, no editing of affiliations or licence information, although this information will be able to be viewed. Will be able to generate county reports in excel format. Individual Officials – secured access to individual records with functionality to edit personal details and view (not edit) licence information, CRB status, online assessments. Peer Groups will receive excel reports for individual disciplines and not full access to officials informati on. Note: Technical Committee to confirm exact groups to be given access and the level of access required Access to Data

Any of the people who are given access to personal information of officials (Home country administrators, county officials secretaries etc) will need to sign a data protection statement to commit to keeping this information secure and used for the officials business they are responsible for only. 5. Timelines 30th April 2010 – Pilot of 3/4 County Officials Secretaries. Full constructive feedback required in order to make sure Trinity is functional for Cofsecs to use. May 2010 – System operational for assessors appointed to UKA Televised and Domestic Competition for 2010. 30 th September 2010 – Cofsecs log-on and management of county information 30 th September 2010 – Access live to individuals, including individual log on, viewing of assessment grades Winter 2010 – Online Course registration (subject to HC cost review meeting – April 2010).
